Description (last modified by crosenthal) (diff)
The problem view now starts with a field labeled
[Description ]
that is misleading. This field is mostly irrelevant. It should be defaulting to "medical problem" with the limited option to put any specialization in, such as presently "chief complaint" and "diagnosis". Once that is in (and it should be so from the start), the value and text field should show up nicely aligned and prominently. I suggest like this:
(*) Active, ( ) Resolved [(node)title, free string name, e.g. "headache" ] Category [subject.code, default "medical problem" ] [subject.value, coded, e.g. "cluster headache" ] [subject.text, free text description of symptom ] Timing of complaint [subject.effectiveTime ] Progress: [(node)text, free text progress note ]
The key is to make the fields nice an wide, and the free text fields also wide and several lines high.
